The Active Lifestyle Centre (ALC) is a non-profit recreation Centre that has been proudly serving the Chatham-Kent community since 1970. Located at 20 Merritt Ave in Chatham, we provide a welcoming and active environment where adults 50+ can connect, stay active, learn new skills, and enjoy meaningful social experiences.
With a wide variety of programs, services, activities, and special events, the ALC is dedicated to supporting the physical, social, and recreational well-being of older adults. From fitness and dance classes to social activities, educational programs, community events, and our Footcare Clinic, there is something for everyone.
